About these terms
These terms apply to your use of camlab.evoa.one (the "site"), operated by A&B Network (sole proprietor), an evoa.one project. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Using the site
The site is an educational resource about 3D cinematography. It has no accounts and no sign-up, and it does not accept uploads or other content from visitors. Please use it lawfully and do not:
- interfere with or overload the site or its hosting, or try to gain unauthorized access;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated means that burden it;
- remove notices or misrepresent where the content comes from.
No visitor content
The site does not let you upload photos, files or text. If that changes, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy before the feature goes live.
Ownership and permitted use
The site, its text, design, 3D scenes, illustrations and code are owned by A&B Network or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. Any other copying, republishing, modification or commercial use needs our prior written permission, except where the law allows it. Names and logos of third parties belong to their owners.
Third-party services and links
The site is delivered through third-party services, and may link to other websites. These are described in the Privacy Policy and are governed by their providers' own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Information provided as is
The content is for general information and learning. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or suitable for your particular purpose, or that the site will always be available or error-free. Camera techniques shown on the site are illustrations, not professional, safety or legal advice.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, A&B Network is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Korea, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
