What to write to us about
Corrections are the most useful message you can send. If a description is wrong, a term is misused or a control does not behave as the page says, tell us and we will review it.
You can also suggest a technique, a lens or a composition rule you would like to see covered, report a problem with a translation, or ask about a business inquiry for A&B Network, the operator of the site.
What to include
Name the page and, where you can, paste its address. Say what you expected and what you saw instead. For a problem with the 3D scene, add your browser, your device and the control you were using, since that helps us reproduce it.
For a content request, a sentence or two on what you are trying to learn or teach is enough. Please write in any of the eight site languages.
What to expect
We read the messages we receive and use them to improve the site, but we cannot promise a reply to every one or say when a reply will come. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. For how the site handles data, see the Privacy page.
